Welcome - my name is Stephanie and I am a fully qualified counsellor working with couples, families and individuals on improving their relationships. I offer a warm and safe environment, in which you can work through your problems and find a different way forward. I am honest and down to earth and I really care about making all my clients feel safe and held in a non-judgemental space. I would be privileged to meet you and hear your stories. Specialist Couples & Relationship therapist. BACP Accredited therapist & Supervisor. Working since 2010. I feel that this work is my calling. I have experience working with a variety of couples and relationship styles. I am trained in Emotionally Focussed couples therapy (EFT).

My background: I am Igbo, African & a woman and I draw on all my experience in providing therapy to a range of couples from diverse backgrounds and orientations, communities and couples with immigrant experiences.

I practise an integrative style of therapy, blending relevant theories and models to best suit your needs.

There are times when communications can become strained or difficult and partners start to feel distant from each other.
