My name is Lucy, I am a professional and accredited couples counsellor. I have experience in working with many issues, such as affairs and infidelity, communication issues, conflict and arguments, family problems, marriage issues and many more.

I work with couples who are experiencing tension and conflict, which is eroding their sense of connection with each other.

My name is Meghana, I am a qualified counsellor working with both couples and individuals.
For the last 12 months, I have been offering counselling services via telephone or zoom meeting and I also offer face to face appointments.

I am trained to help you as a couple, work through your difficulties and grow better ways of communicating and responding towards each other’s needs. I am qualified in the Gottman Method levels 1 and 2 as well as Emotion Focused Couples Therapy Level 1.
