I am a fully qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist offering therapy to couples and individuals. Couples counselling can help to improve your relationship by exploring unhelpful dynamics and behaviours, enabling you to share your vulnerabilities and feelings with one another and improve the quality and strength of your relationship. My name is Lesley and I'm an integrative counsellor - which means I can use a variety of different therapeutic models to help you - but more importantly I will see you, listen to you, and stay alongside you while we work out where/how/who and with whom you want to be.

I'm also an experienced psychosexual therapist, providing a safe space for people to discuss intimacy and sexual problems.
