Hello, my name is Lisa, I offer a warm, non-judgmental, confidential couples therapy service, that provides a safe space to talk about experiences that are causing distress. I believe we all need support at times and that it can be difficult seeking support, therefore you're welcome to contact me with any questions.

My approach within psychotherapy is to work through integration. Integrative psychotherapy includes exploring together at your pace how your environment from the past has shaped your present way of being. Within Integration we explore new ways of being in the present, that will allow you to be yourself and grow and live confidently. Integrative psychotherapy is also an integration of feeling, thought and behaviour, creating an outcome of growth, feeling whole and content. This leads to improvement in mental, emotional and often physical well-being.

My aim in Couple therapy is to support couples to improve their emotional and relational connectedness, whilst working with the distressed relationship. I work with the individual person and the co created relationship between you. I take into account physical, emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing aspects of being.

Online therapy

I have completed working online competencies with the UKCP and use Zoom as my online platform.

MSc Integrative Psychotherapy (Distinction)
UKCP accreditation, which ensures I am qualified to the highest standard providing safe and researched based talking therapy.

PGdip in Clinical Supervision with UKCP accreditation

Sessions can be open ended or short term (minimum 6 sessions).

Fees

Couple therapy - £70 for 70 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 75 minutes in total.

Individual Psychotherapy - £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55 minutes in total.

Clinical Supervision- £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55 minutes in total.

Couples Clinical Supervision - £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55minutes in total.
