Hello, my name is Lisa, I offer a warm, non-judgmental, confidential couples therapy service, that provides a safe space to talk about experiences that are causing distress. I believe we all need support at times and that it can be difficult seeking support, therefore you're welcome to contact me with any questions.
My approach within couples therapy is to work with integrating relational and developmental theories to tailor a therapy to your individual experience. My aim in Couples therapy is to support you both to improve emotional and relational connectedness, whilst working with the distressed relationship. I work with the individual person and the co created relationship between you, whilst taking into account physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of being.
In integrative couples therapy we will explore together at your pace how your environment from the past has shaped your present way of being and how this presents in your relationship. Integrative couples therapy also integrates feeling, thought and behaviour, creating an outcome of growth, feeling whole and content.

- Couple therapy - £70 for 70 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 75 minutes in total.
- Individual Psychotherapy - £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55 minutes in total.
- Clinical Supervision- £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55 minutes in total.
- Couples Clinical Supervision - £60 for 50 minutes, with 5 minutes admin, 55minutes in total.
