I have worked as a psychotherapist since 2010. I am a specialist couples psychotherapist and feel that this work is my calling. I have experience working with a variety of couples and relationship styles. I am trained in Emotionally Focussed couples therapy (EFT).

I am an experienced and trained couples therapist and I have been in the helping profession since 2006. I deal with a wide range of issue that can cause you anxiety, depression, worries or stress. I work with individuals and couples and a registered member with the BACP (British association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).

My name is Sarah, I am a qualified couples counsellor. I offer sessions face-to-face in Worcester and via Zoom to couples from all over the UK. I am trained in Level 1 and Level 2 Gottman Therapy as well as Emotion Focused Couples therapy.

My background: I am Igbo, African & a woman and I draw on all my experience in providing therapy to a range of couples from diverse backgrounds and orientations, communities, and couples with immigrant experiences and couples.
