Hi, I'm Alison, a trained Imago Relationship Therapist and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist. I welcome couples and individuals for counselling in my practice in Formby near Liverpool in the UK.

As human beings, we're meant to THRIVE in relationships that LOVE, SUPPORT and HELP EACH OTHER GROW.

I work with people in relationships who feel stuck in repeated arguments, emotional distance, or misunderstandings. My approach focuses on how relational patterns have formed and how they continue to play out. I offer a safe, non-judgemental space where all voices can be heard. By gently exploring communication, emotional responses, and what happens beneath the surface, therapy can support greater understanding, connection, and greater choice in how you relate.
