Hi, I'm Alison, a trained Imago Relationship Therapist and Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist. I welcome couples and individuals for counselling in my practice in Formby near Liverpool in the UK.

As human beings, we're meant to THRIVE in relationships that LOVE, SUPPORT and HELP EACH OTHER GROW.

But my ohhhhh my. How often do we get things WRONG in our relationships? How often do our relationships become a source of ANXIETY, PAIN and DISTRESS?

It doesn't have to be that way.

Using my expertise, experience and a little sprinkling of ELLIE MAGIC, I offer the understanding and skills you need for healthy, happy relationships in which you can heal, flourish and grow.

I currently only work online using Zoom.

I work systemically with couples for them to understand there areas of difficulties and from a solution focused approach support them to find how to improve there relationship with each other.

I work openly and sensitively to get couples back into connection with each other. I believe, when couples are truly connected in mind, body and spirit, they naturally gift each other the opportunity to grow as individuals.

Often we wait too long to work on troubles that our in our relationship that make us unhappy. If your relationship is at breaking point couples counselling could help save it.

I offer Sex and Relationship Therapy for couples and partners that are currently looking for support around issues in their relationship. Has the spark gone? Sexual Desire is no longer there. Has your relationship lost its magic? Or are you simply looking to work through new ideas of how you would like sex to be between you both.
