I will work with you to find out what kind of relationship you would like to have with your partner and we can talk about the challenges you face in your relationship. 

Some of the ways that couples therapy can work include identifying toxic relationship patterns and helping couples to work on changing these, bringing a new perspective to issues and helping couples to understand each other’s perspectives, finding new ways to resolve conflicts, building trust and improving communication, and providing a safe space for both partners to work through their issues with the support of the empathetic ear of a professional therapist.

About me

I am a (couples) counsellor and life coach in the Liverpool, St Helens and Merseyside area. I provide a safe and non-judgemental environment. I work with warmth, patience and compassion on areas that are difficult and unique to the individual / couple.

I am responsible and professional and I work with integrity. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework.
