Elinor | Online Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist

Online Relationship and Psychosexual Therapy Winchester

--- We work 100% online via Zoom ---

**Immediate availability for new clients looking to repair and understand their relationships**

My name is Elinor and I am a qualified Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist. I work with both individuals and couples experiencing relationship and sexual difficulties. I work fully online and also run a team of qualified Relationship Therapists.

Our work is tailored to you, resulting in a personalised, professional and effective therapeutic experience.

We specialise in:

  • helping couples communicate better, reduce arguments and improve their connection
  • helping individual clients to feel more empowered, repair their self esteem, and learn to love themselves again
  • helping men and women struggling with sexual difficulties to get their spark back and enjoy their sex life again
  • helping divorcing couples separate more amicably

I am based in Hampshire but work remotely 100% of the time via Zoom, and am only accepting referrals for clients looking for online therapy. We find online sessions are very effective due to the higher attendance rate and means that clients aren't limited by location when choosing a suitable therapist.

How we work

Along with my team of therapists, we offer several ways of working:
  1. Long and short term therapy for couples and individuals (approx 8-25 sessions on average)
  2. One-off sessions for a quick blast of professional guidance
  3. A block of 4-6 Therepeutic Coaching session
We work with everyone whether they are married, single, in a long term relationship, in an open relationship or something else! We celebrate the potential of all types of relationships and welcome clients of all sexual, gender and relationship diversities. We focus on the patterns and dynamics of your relationship and try to understand what has led to some of these issues occurring, without looking to blame or shame.

Types of issues

We see clients for a wide range of reasons, which may include:

  • Losing the spark in their relationship and feeling disconnected
  • Arguments and poor communication
  • Finding it difficult to talk about important topics - 'brushing things under the rug'
  • Poor self esteem or body image
  • Loving their partner but not being 'in love' anymore
  • Struggles with low libido/ not feeling much sexual desire for their partner
  • Infidelity, affairs and trust issues
  • Difficulties Co-Parenting with an Ex
  • Fertility issues
  • Support during divorce or relationship breakdown
  • Sexual and intimacy difficulties including unreliable erections, male and female low desire, pain, and ejaculation difficulties
  • Exploring your sexuality or gender identity
  • Difficulties dating or maintaining relationships
  • Support after sexual trauma/abuse

I have over 15 years of experience working and volunteering in mental health services, including the NHS, Relate, The Tavistock Centre for Couple Relationships and as a School Counsellor. I am fully insured and a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT). I offer a compassionate, open minded, sex positive and professional approach, based on Systemic, Psychodynamic and CBT principles and the latest psychosexual therapy research.

I offer a 15 minute free consultation so please do contact me to arrange this, during which I would be happy to discuss my fee options.

If you would like to know more or book an appointment, please send me a message via the send a message - button.

Online therapy

I only offer online therapy via Zoom, or Facetime if preferred. Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face.

Please feel free to ask any questions or discuss any concerns you might have about starting online counselling.

One of my best decisions was to start therapy with Elinor

Starting relationship therapy and continuing therapy at times seemed quite a daunting prospect, and it is safe to say I was a little scared to begin with. However, working with Elinor has been transformative and honestly one of the best decisions I have ever made. I cannot thank her enough for her support, kindness, and wisdom on this particular journey. For anyone who might be unsure, all I can say is be brave and reach out to Elinor, you won’t regret it. Put simply, she is brilliant.
