Online Relationship Counselling

I am a qualified (BACP accredited) and experienced Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Relationship counsellor, clinical supervisor and consultant.

 

I have over ten years experience as a relationship therapist. I offer therapy to couples on a short or longer term basis. I have experiences in working with many different couples from all walks of life.

I offer online therapy via Zoom. I can also offer this via Microsoft teams. If you decide this works for you, I send an invitation ahead of our arranged meeting. We then meet as if we would in person. 

I have been working online for around eight years with couples and individuals and find this to be flexible, portable and highly effective.

How I work

My approach is integrative. This means that I have been trained in different approaches of therapy, including CBT. Therefore, I am open to work with and fit my skills around what you bring to therapy.

I offer an inital consultation of 50-60 minutes. This gives me the opportunity to find out about you and what you would lke to focus on. And also for you to decide if you are both comfortable in working with me. I normally offer ongoing appointments of 80 minutes on a fortnightly basis from there.

I work from Mondays to Fridays, offering appointments in the morning, afternoon and evening.
