I work integratively; from a person-centred base, with some gestalt, and in a psychotherapeutic manner.
I work part-time in a private hospital, one day per week in a private boy's school - as well as in my own private practise.

Online therapy
During the first session, I would listen to your problems and do an assessment.
Then together, we would establish what you would like to get from your therapy, and I will work to your agenda.
For couples therapy it is usual to see the couple together for the first session, then have a separate session with each partner, before bringing you back together for the fourth session with an overview and a plan to help you move forward.
My style is relaxed, informal, and friendly. Sessions are in confidence, with no judgement

All therapy will need at least 4 sessions. On the 4 session you will be given a report and plan to go forward...After that, you might be ok, but that would depend on your issues.Sometimes I might suggest that either one, or both, of the couple to have further therapy should they have deeper unresolved problems
EMDR therapy will be longer.
