Hello, my name is Zaneta and I am a qualified Humanistic Integrative Therapist, registered with the British Association for counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) working at Stoke Newington, Hackney area.
My main aim as a therapists is to provide a safe and non judgemental environment in which you as clients feel safe to explore and build trust.

As an Integrative therapist, I am using different approaches and combine different therapeutic tools to fit your needs. I believe there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. Rather, each person needs to be considered as a whole and therapy techniques must be tailored to their individual needs and personal circumstances.
Throughout, my practice I have learned healing cannot be done alone. I am here to provide you and your partner professional clinical support, to begin your new journey. I offer therapy to individuals and couples, who experience a variety of challenges and mental health problems. Therapy is a collaborative process, and each client must play an active role for it to be successful. That’s why I provide a neutral and safe space where my clients can comfortably voice out their concerns.

I have experience in providing short-term or long-term therapy. I have had experience of working with a range of people of different ages, sexualities, linguistic and cultural or social backgrounds.
I also can provide therapy in two different languages: English and Polish.
I specialise in working with high risk clients with diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health issues such as BPD, Psychosis, Schizophrenia or Bi-Polar, as also working with sexuality and gender issues.
