I am an experienced integrative counsellor and supervisor and I am a member of the BACP and I have over 13 yrs experience in a counselling role.

Relationships don't come with a handbook and for many of us trying to navigate our way through difficulties we may face as a couple can feel overwhelming, especially when communication has broken down.

My role as a counsellor is to listen to you and offer you a safe space where you can be open about what you are feeling and to find ways for you to make changes you want to make to improve your relationship.

During our sessions we will set goals you want to achieve and also look at what is working in your relationship. We will use a solution focused approach for this so you can build on the strengths that brought you together if the goal is to stay in the relationship.

Counselling is not just for couples in an intimate or sexual relationship. It can also be helpful for siblings, parents and children who are also experiencing difficulties in their relationships.
