Couples find that after counselling, they understand themselves and their partner better. Communication is greatly improved with partners being able to say what they need to say. They will feel more secure in their relationships, with partners providing a secure base. No more deactivating strategies or acting out behaviour.

Most couples will see an improvement in their relationship after six sessions. Making lasting changes can often take longer. I find that the couples who work hard in therapy get the results they deserve.

My aim is to give you the tools to help you with any future ups and downs.

The first session is an assessment session in which we can explore the possibility of working together and if my approach is going to be helpful for you. Are you ready to make changes?

About me

I’m a qualified and experienced counsellor. In my practice I offer you a safe, confidential and  non-judgemental space where you can talk to me about anything. 

I have worked at Life-Force Colchester and in private practice gaining a broad experience in general counselling. I also work as bereavement counsellor for St Helena Hospice.
