Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy Hertford

I am an integrative psychotherapist specialising in psychosexual and relationship therapy. I trained with the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy and am a registered member of COSRT and NCPS. I'm currently in training with Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy.

My integrative practice draws on CBT, attachment theory, psychodynamic therapy, imago therapy, and existential therapy, alongside a broad range of psychosexual tools and techniques. I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” in therapy, and I adapt methods collaboratively to support meaningful and lasting change.

I work with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. My work focuses on relationship challenges, sexual difficulties, relational trauma, etc.

At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves to be heard, supported, and offered a safe space to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I provide a warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate therapeutic environment where clients can feel at ease.

I believe that each person holds an inner power that supports healing, growth, and a strong sense of self. When this power feels lost or diminished, I will work alongside clients to help them reconnect with it and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
