Online Relationship Counselling
I am fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I offer online counselling using Zoom or Skype. I welcome enquiries from couples and individuals regardless of social background, ethnicity, sexual orientation, sexual identity, religious or political views.
I have provided counselling and psychotherapy services to couples, individuals and groups since 2006. I also work as a supervisor trainer and mediator. I am fully accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and fully insured.
I believe in the intrinsic ability of all individuals to create a contented life for themselves. With this in mind I aim to support and facilitate you to achieve your goals, both individually and as a couple.
About me
In the year 2000 I went through a period of depression and went to see a counsellor. I was so impressed with how effective the counsellor was that I decided to train so I could assist others.
If you wish to book an appointment, ask any questions or learn more, then please send me a message. I will answer any questions you have about myself, counselling and psychotherapy. This initial contact will enable us both to decide if I am the right counsellor for you and if we want to work together.

Qualifications and registrations
I received my Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling & Psychotherapy from the Lakeland Institute in September 2006 and have been operating a successful, private practice since that time.
The modality I have trained in most is Transactional Analysis, though in my work I also frequently use CBT, EFT/Tapping, NLP, Family Constellations and others.
I am insured with the Psychologist's Protection Society.
I am an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
