Online Couples Therapy Hull

Welcome! I’m Anna, your online therapist located in Hull, England.

Since 2017, I have dedicated my practice to helping couples navigate life's challenges and foster thriving relationships. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe and supportive environment to express yourselves openly. If you're dealing with difficult emotions or navigating transitions, I’m here to help you approach these challenges with compassion and understanding.

We can work together to address issues like trauma, anxiety, and depression, while also enhancing your relationship. My goal is to help you uncover your strengths and create meaningful, lasting changes.

I will provide practical tools to help you manage stress, improve communication, and strengthen your partnership.

I utilise a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet your specific needs, ensuring that our collaboration is both effective and empowering.

If you’re ready to take a positive step towards a more fulfilling relationship, don’t hesitate to reach out so we can begin this journey together.

Online therapy

Online therapy can be a powerful tool to support your relationship journey and enhance personal growth. It offers the convenience of accessing sessions from the comfort of your own home, making it easier to fit therapy into your busy lives.

Being in a familiar environment can help both of you feel more at ease, fostering open conversations. This sense of privacy encourages discussing sensitive topics without hesitation, and rest assured, our sessions are confidential, just like face-to-face therapy—except for matters of harm to yourself or others and crime-related issues.

Using Zoom, we’ll engage in safe, secure, and meaningful video sessions that help maintain focus and strengthen our connection, making each meeting more engaging and productive. While video calls are our main format, they enable us to build rapport and explore your concerns and aspirations deeply.

Additionally, online therapy provides access to resources like worksheets and guided exercises that can enhance your experience and reinforce our work together.

If you're ready to take this step towards a more fulfilling relationship, I would be delighted to support you on this journey through the convenience and accessibility of online therapy!
