You will need to ensure that you have a good wifi connection and find a confidential space in which you are able to feel relaxed to be able to open up and share your thoughts and feelings.
At the first session we will complete a short 'Therapeutic Assessment' to help me understand some of your past history, how you are currently feeling and how I can work with you going forward to best support you.

Having qualified as a couples/relationships counsellor several years ago, I am now very experienced in this area and I'm very passionate about my work with couples.I've found that being in a safe environment helps couples to facilitate honest conversations which may be avoided in the home environment due to a fear of the situation escalating.
I have several tools/techniques that I use to help couples navigate their way through the process to help them enjoy a more fulfilling relationship.
I do not expect a couple to sign up for a set amount of sessions, as all couples have their own unique relationship and the amount of sessions depends on how much work the couple is prepared to put in to get the results.

My fee for an individual is £50 per session.My fee for a couple is £70 per session.
