Online couples counselling

I have extensive experience of working with couples and can help you improve your relationship if you are both willing to engage in the therapy and make the necessary changes for a better, healthier relationship.

Beginning therapy can be a big step towards being the healthiest version of yourself and living the best life possible. No matter what challenges you may be facing, through therapy you can change self-destructive behaviours and habits, resolve painful feelings, improve your relationships and more.

I am a genuine, caring person who offers a warm approach and a great deal of empathy.  Together we will explore your concerns in a safe environment so that you feel comfortable enough to share your experiences and difficulties with me.  The service I offer is compassionate and non-judgemental.

Online therapy

  • Zoom

You will need to ensure that you have a good wifi connection and find a confidential space in which you are able to feel relaxed to be able to open up and share your thoughts and feelings.

At the first session we will complete a short 'Therapeutic Assessment' to help me understand some of your past history, how you are currently feeling and how I can work with you going forward to best support you.

Specialisations

Having qualified as a couples/relationships counsellor several years ago, I am now very experienced in this area and I'm very passionate about my work with couples.

I've found that being in a safe environment helps couples to facilitate honest conversations which may be avoided in the home environment due to fear of things escalating.

I have several tools/techniques that I use to help couples navigate their way through the process to help them enjoy a more fulfilling relationship.

I do not expect a couple to sign up for a set amount of sessions, as all couples have their own unique relationship and it also depends on how much work the couple is prepared to put in, to get the results.

Most common issues I support people with:

  • Communication problems
  • Affairs and cheating
  • Family problems - I am also trained in counselling for families
  • Anxiety for one partner in the relationship
  • Coping after Separation/Divorce

My fee for an individual is £45 per session.
