I’m Mandy, a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist and relationship counsellor based in Bramley. I help couples and individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in repeating arguments to communicate better and rebuild connection.
My approach is calm, structured and non-judgemental. I never take sides, but help you understand patterns and move forward positively.

Marriage counselling isn’t about blame and an effective therapist will NEVER take sides. Instead I will work on improving the common ground you share as well as build on the existing goodwill that exists.
