Introduction
In Couples Therapy I support couples to navigate difficult periods, rebuild trust and improve healthy communication, learning to set new boundaries and meet each others needs.
We can focus on practical everyday strategies to find simple solutions to difficult problems.
We can also look deeper into how you operate as individuals and how your history has influenced the Partner that you have learned to be. We can work together to understand your patterns, triggers and learn new ways of being, so that you can offer the best versions of yourselves, to eachother.
Couples Therapy commonly supports issues such as Infidelity and Betrayal, Infertility, Parenting, Sex Problems, Life Changes and Communication Challenges. However, I am open to welcoming whatever you choose to bring.
In my Individual Psychotherapeutic work, I have supported young people and Adults with a huge variety of difficulties. I have worked within the NHS, in Prisons and Schools.
This diveristy has given me the ability to adapt to the unique needs and experiences of every client I support.

I always offer a brief consultation, free of charge for us to have an introduction and answer any questions that you may have before choosing to begin Therapy.I offer online sessions for those who are unable to attend in person.
