Shivon | Couples & Relationship Therapist

Relationship Therapy London

A warm welcome to my practice in London and online across the UK which provides an inclusive therapeutic space for couples and all types of relationships seeking clarity, connection, healing and growth.

I am a specialist couples and relationship therapist and am aware that taking the step to seek relationship support can feel overwhelming, but simply by being here you have already shown strength. Whether you are navigating challenges as a couple, working through family or co-parenting dynamics, exploring non-traditional or blended relationships, want to improve communication, reduce conflict, rebuild trust, and strengthen emotional connection.  I will support you with compassion and direction,

Therapy provides a supportive space to understand what is happening beneath the surface and to develop healthier, more secure ways of relating.

What you can expect

I provide a warm, professional, confidential and non-judgmental spae where you can explore these challenges. Together we will look at:

  • What is happening in your relationship and why
  • Communication patterns and emotional triggers
  • Attachment styles and unmet needs
  • How stress anxiety or past trauma impacts your connection
  • Healthy ways of relating, understanding and rebuilding closeness

When words are not enough I work creatively and integratively to help couples, parents and their adult child, siblings to reconnect beyond communication and understand what is underneath the words or the silence.

We may also explore how your body holds tension and stress for example, tightness in the neck, heaviness in the chest or feeling overwhelmed  and how these sensations influence your emotional responses weithin the relaitonship.

I  draw from gestalt, imago therapy, person centred, transactional analysis, emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Gottman Method and attachment theory to help clients understand the deeper needs beneath conflict. This includes exploring not just the arguments or silences but the emotions that drive them helping you to feel seen, heard and close again.

When relevant, I also integrate psychoeducation around neurodivergence, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed care—helping partners understand not just what is happening between them, but why, and how to shift it together.

It is important that each client feels seen, supported, and empowered to create lasting change. Together, we will work toward a relationship that feels safe, connected, and aligned with both partners’ values and needs.

Whatever brings you here, I can help you to slow down the cycle of conflict so you can listen and be heard by each other.
