Hi, I’m Maria, a couples counsellor passionate about helping people build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. I take a compassionate, person-centred approach, creating a safe space where couples can explore challenges, gain insight, and develop healthier ways of relating to each other.

Relationships can be complex, and it’s normal to feel stuck, struggle with communication, or sense that you’re drifting apart. I provide a safe, compassionate, and person-centred space where couples can explore not only what’s happening in their relationship now but also the patterns and experiences -sometimes rooted in childhood - that shape how you relate to one another. I am also neurodivergent-affirming, offering understanding and support for neurodiverse experiences within relationships.

Together, we can:

• Explore what’s happening beneath the surface and reflect on old patterns

• Strengthen communication and understanding

• Rebuild trust and emotional closeness

• Learn healthier ways to resolve conflict

Through a reflective and supportive approach, I help couples gain insight, deepen their connection, and create a stronger, healthier relationship that nurtures both of you - now and in the future.
