Relationship counselling Cambridge
We heal through connections. Clients describe my approach as thoughtful and insightful, and working with me means you can look forward to therapy. Together, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and find ways to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I offer therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin at my therapy room in Girton, Cambridge, with parking on the doorstep, as well as online, tailored to your goals and pace.
I offer therapy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin at my therapy room in Girton, Cambridge, with parking on the doorstep, as well as online, tailored to your goals and pace.
My integrative approach draws on psychodynamic and systemic therapy, helping you understand both your inner emotional world and the systems of relationships that shape your experiences. My work is grounded in empathy and respect for your unique journey. I am specialised in Solution-Focused Therapy, short-term and long-term therapy.
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about deepening self-understanding and creating space for growth. My aim is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore and develop a more empowered relationship with yourself and others. If you’d like to take the next step or discuss how we might work together, you are invited to get in touch via the send a message - button.
Online therapy
I offer online sessions via Zoom; however, we can explore further if you prefer a different platform. Working online with me means that where you are in the UK would not affect your access to my services.Online sessions also mean that we can utilise the digital tools available, so no more diagrams drawn on loose paper.
