My name is Holly and I'm a trained counsellor based in Truro, Cornwall.

Trained in individual and couples therapy.

If you're struggling at the moment I am here to listen unconditionally and to work alongside you. I am passionate about the counselling process and believe great change can come when we unlock our inner strength.

I have an enhanced DBS form and specialise in anxiety, depression, couples work.

I have over 5000 client hours and have worked with a wide spectrum of issues.
