If you are a straight or same sex couple it is fantastic for me to work with you. I can show you a different way to communicate which creates safety and connection. It might be that you feel unheard or unappreciated or you may have lost the fun and intimacy in your relationship.

Imago Relationship Therapy is the model of therapy I use, It was created by Harville Hendrix and Helen LaKelly-Hunt in the 80's, made famous by Oprah Winfrey and Alanis Morrisette, both of whom used it in their own relationships.

The whole basis for the therapy is positive conscious listening and when you start to dialogue in the Imago way the imapct on your relationship is very exciting. Most people want to feel understood and appreciated. When you choose your partner/s it is because you are attracted to the way they approach life and sometimes life can take us in different directions causing conflicts. Our own defences seem to block our partner/s from being able to reach us.
