I am an Accredited Relationship Counsellor working both with couples and individuals.

As a couple you may experience difficulties in your relationship, such as:

• Difficulty with communication
• Letting the other person know how you feel
• Identifying your own needs and getting those needs met
• An affair may have happened
• There may be sexual problems which can be difficult to even acknowledge, much less talk about

As a counsellor I can help to give you a place to talk about these things and help you as a couple to talk to each other in a more honest, respectful and loving way. All whilst being able to identify what each individual wants and needs and how this can be met within the relationship.

It may also be that the relationship is not fulfilling those needs any more and you need help and guidance with how to go about making changes. This may include ending the relationship and finding ways of doing this in a less destructive way.
