It will also give us the opportunity to explore whether you feel I am the right therapist for you.

I’m an accredited therapist in the Gottman Couples Method and a Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner. But more importantly, I am deeply committed to unlocking the potential inside you and within your relationships. I work in a research-informed and empathetic way to understand your unique couple story and provide a safe space for you both to grow and change. I am compassionate and gentle but also direct when it's needed.

I offer both long term and short term therapy to adults and couples. I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgmental, respectful space for us to work together to explore the difficulties you face. Using the evidence-based Gottman Method approach for couples therapy I have proven strategies for improving communication, working through affairs and resolving repeating conflict.
