Relationship Counselling Peterborough

Hello and welcome, my name is Sarah and I am a qualified counsellor. I offer both couples counselling and individual counselling online and face to face. 

My aim is to provide high quality individual tailored therapy to all my clients. I use various approaches, as I am an integrative therapist, which enables me to use the right approach for each client. I offer short term to long term counselling, whichever is most suitable. Sometimes one or two sessions is enough for clients to get what they need or it may require longer exploration.

It is important to me to get to know my clients, working at their pace to explore current or past life events where they can express themselves and be heard. I step into your world without judgement, just empathy. In my couples work, I help guide you to the relationship you want, where you feel connected to one another. I use the Imago relationship therapy model in all my couples work, to help you achieve the most successful outcome.

As a member of the NCPS I work within its ethical framework and code of practise. I hold an enhanced DBS check to give you peace of mind.
