My approach is rooted in your wellbeing. I’m committed to helping you explore your motivations, aspirations, and desires—because your growth matters, and so does the suffering you’ve carried. As a Filipino-Mexican-American, I draw from lived experiences with identity, culture, migration, post/colonialism, otherness, and asian diaspora. These experiences allow me to meet each client with humility and respect for their unique experiences.

I take a collaborative and supportive approach to help you explore and understand your feelings and thoughts, so we may discuss things like your past, future goals, or culture. A better knowledge of oneself and the world contributes to a healthier mental state.

Qualifications and registrations

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, an MA in Psychoanalytic Studies, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Theology.

I am currently pursuing a Diploma in Diversity, Cultural Competence, Race, and Anti-discrimination Practice.

I have gained valuable experience working at NHS Lambeth Talking Therapies and currently serve as a visiting lecturer at Goldsmiths University, London.

I have been practicing as a counselor since 2023. I am also a member of the Black, African, Asian Therapy Network.
