Introduction

Hi, I’m Eden. If you’ve come across my profile, it’s likely you’re struggling in some way. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, relationships, family conflict, loss or something else affecting your relationship, I am here to offer a helping hand and navigate these with you.

Reaching out for help is scary, but we can start with as little as a phone call and go at your pace until you feel comfortable. I look forward to meeting you.

Throughout my training and experience in the field, I have encountered a diverse range of clients, all with their individual story to tell; equipping me with the knowledge of a wide variety of issues clients might present.

My approach to couples work views all parties as active agents in their own development, however I am sometimes slightly directive. I may prompt a different perspective to break ingrained patterns and shake up stuck, habitual behaviour. We all collaborate to reach a new way forward that works for everyone.

I am a registered member of the BACP (MBACP). This means that my practice is regulated and ethical so you can feel comfortable in the knowledge you're working with a trained professional.

I offer an accessible, inclusive space in which people with neurodiversity, disabilities or those from the LGBTQIA+ community can feel accepted and seen.

Gestalt, Relational and Behavioural Psychology influence my practice as I observe how all parties interact with the world around them. We are a product of both our environment and our unique personal experience within it.
