Relationship Counselling Ipswich

Hello, I’m an Accredited Counsellor and Couples Counsellor working from a private and relaxed setting which will give you the space to talk about whatever is troubling you. I work with a variety of different issues. At the moment I am only working via Skype. I have worked with many clients this way and it has proved to be very beneficial to most clients.

I work with couples experiencing problems in their relationship and help them to find a resolution which could either be together or apart. I also work with people who have decided to separate but want to remain amicable. 

Relationship counselling can help by allowing you both to voice your thoughts and feelings with the help of me, the Counsellor, to ensure that both of you are heard in a non judgemental environment.

Person-centred counselling

I am trained in Person-Centred Counselling, which is an approach that I truly believe in, from my own personal experience. It helped me to see things so much more clearly and after each session I was able to make more sense of things.

After gaining this insight I was able to move forward with my life in a more confident and positive way. I feel that my own experiences and subsequently training as a Counsellor has definitely helped me to understand other people and to empathise with their problems.
