Relationship Counselling Felixstowe

I am an Integrative therapist specializing in relationship therapy and couple counselling. I also have much experience working with individuals and families. I offer a professional, non-judgemental and confidential environment to talk freely about what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve.

I believe that when we can’t change a situation and become ’stuck’ we need some help to see the situation clearly and find a way to change ourselves. We need to put the pieces of the jigsaw back together in order to see a clear picture.

I can help with a wide range of relationship issues and help you surmount whatever challenges you face. We will work collaboratively to help you understand yourself, your relationship and your feelings, in order to find effective solutions for resolving your difficulties.

I welcome clients from Felixstowe, Ipswich, Trimley St. Mary, Trimley St. Martin, Nacton, Kirton, Martlesham, Kesgrave, Woodbridge and surrounding areas.

About me

My training is in Integrative Therapy which means I can draw on a range of theories, ideas and techniques, for the most part systemic and psychodynamic.

I have had a private practice for many years and also founded and headed up the counselling service in a mainstream co-ed senior academy for ten years. 

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to the BACP professional code of ethics and practice. My work is supervised and I am fully insured.
