Alison | Relationship Counsellor
Relationship Counselling Bexhill-on-Sea
Hello, I can offer you a safe place to talk where you can be the "real you". I am a qualified, BACP accredited, counsellor who offers private and confidential long or short term couples counselling in Bexhill.
It can be daunting contacting a counsellor for the first time but I am here to listen, whatever problems you may have and however you're feeling. For example you may be experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, sadness or panic attacks, and have an underlying feeling that things aren't right.
I offer therapy, including CBT, in a safe environment where you can develop a greater understanding about yourself with someone who listens, who is non-judgemental and who will encourage the working together aspect that counselling provides. A good relationship between clients and counsellor is fundamental for developing trust, confidence and growth. I am also a qualified Supervisor.
Sessions can be booked on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. There is ample, free, on road parking. I also offer Zoom, WhatsApp & phone counselling.
I welcome clients from all over Bexhill-on-Sea, Hastings, Westfield, Battle, Catsfield, Ninfield, Hooe, Normans Bay, Westham and surrounding areas.
Online therapy
I also offer WhatsApp, Zoom & phone counselling.
