A proactive approach: My style is not passive listening, I offer Short-Term, Goal Focused Therapy RLT, Gottman, or Imago frameworks. In helping you see the pattern you are experiencing in your relationship, and giving you practical tools to change it.

Specialist Niches: I also offer a safe non pathologising space for hard to talk about issues. This includes psychosexual challenges ( Libido, porn use, arousal) and relationship issues.

What to expect: We start with a clear assessment of your goals, My aim is to have a clear understand of the issues you are having, then helping you create long term intimacy and secure connection.

My practice is inclusive of all Sexual Orientations, Gender presentations, Relationship Dynamics, and Neurodiversities.

Online Sessions

Consultation - £50 (50 mins)

I offer a first session as a consultation at a reduced fee of £50.
During this time I will complete an through assessment with you, I get a greater understanding of the issues you are having, then we can plan towards to the results you want from therapy.

Couple Sessions - £110 (60 mins)

Individual therapy - £80 (50 mins)

I offer one individual session for each partner after an consultation. This provides a space to speak freely and sharing their perspective of the patterns they are having.

Payments are made at the time of booking, via bank transfer.

Cancellations

I understand life can get in the way as I ask for any cancellations to take place 48 hours before your sessions. I will offer a session the same week if my diary allows me to do so.
Failure to cancel within a 48 hours notice your full fee will be withheld.
