I offer Short Term Therapy to help towards the results you want to achieve from sessions!

Some sex problems or relationship issues can be resolved in 8 to 12 sessions! I recommend weekly sessions for four weeks, moving to fortnightly sessions. Some clients, prefer to attend more, some attend less the choice is yours!

My practice is inclusive of all Sexual Orientations, Gender presentations, Relationship Dynamics, Religious beliefs and Neurodiversities. I offer an compassionate, yet honest space in sessions to help support you with the issues you are experiencing.

I offer online sessions through a platform called Whereby. It's easy to use and does not required any downloads or apps, works off your browser and is a safe and secure platform.

Online sessions take place for 50 minutes.

First session - £50

I complete a consultation in your first session, this is at a reduced fee.
During this time, I will complete a full assessment with you, this helps me have a greater understanding of the issues you are having. This helps create a plan, towards the results you want from therapy.

Couple Sessions - £110

Individual sessions £80

It can be helpful to have a session individually with myself, to help share what is going on for you from your own perspective.

Payment is made at time of booking, via bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life brings it's challenges. However, I do have a 48 hours cancellation notice, please note if you cancel under 48 hours sadly, your full fee will be withheld.
