Online Relationship Therapy

Are you struggling in your relationship? Do you feel stuck but don't know how to change? I can offer a supportive, calm, safe environment for you and your partner to explore your issues together and work towards the best solution. I have been working as a psychotherapist since 2009 both in private practice and as an affiliate CBT Therapist with the NHS as well as several Employee Assistance Programmes.  I am also an accredited provider for CIGNA Insurance.

It's important to choose a therapist with appropriate training and experience. I have a COSCA accredited Diploma in Counselling and Groupwork - A CBT Approach followed by an ISPC Accredited Certificate in Couples Counselling.

I am an Accredited Member of COSCA, the professional body for counsellors in Scotland as well as a Supervisor for trainee and fully qualified therapists.  Although my training is in CBT I use an integrative approach as we are all different and respond to different ways of working.  All my sessions are remote so that location is not a barrier for you.

Most relationships go through difficult times and often benefit from a non-judgemental, external person to help you get back on track. Common areas that I have experience in working with are big life changes that impact a relationship including having a baby, loss or grief, relocation as well as everyday life stressors that take their toll on the quality of connection in a relationship. I also work with couples who have experienced infidelity.

I decided on this profession as having had therapy myself I know that it can make such a difference and I'm passionate about helping others fulfill their potential and not be held back in life by issues that can be dealt with.
