Online Relationship Counselling

Hello, I'm Nixie. As a qualified and accredited relationship and individual therapist I work with a wide range of people who want support and help with life. I offer online therapy via Zoom.

Online therapy is very similar to face to face therapy, and research has shown that it is just as effective as in person therapy. I have found that many clients find that it fits better into their other life commitments than attending face to face. Please feel free to ask any questions or discuss any concerns you might have about starting online counselling.

I work with couples and individuals using systemic family constellations, mindfulness and person centred therapy. Together we look at where you have got stuck in life and find ways to resolve issues so that you can live life feeling supported and resourced for whatever comes your way. When we have knowledge, we have wisdom and when we have wisdom we can make conscious choices about who and what we include in our life.

We all get stuck in life and thankfully many of us are realising the huge benefits that can come from talking to someone who is 100% there to listen to you with full presence. Exploring with curiosity and kindness where you have got 'stuck', understanding what issues are causing problems and how to sensatively work through them to bring compassion, a deeper understanding and therefore greater ease into your life.

Navigating relationships is a part of life and not one we are generally taught. We learn from our parents as they did from theirs and sometimes we need help and guidance in untangling the knots that have developed over the years and past generations.

In individual sessions we will establish a sense of what you are hoping to achieve and what you want to explore, be curious about and change.
