Meghana | Relationship Counsellor

My name is Meghana, I am a qualified integrative counsellor offering counselling to both couples and individuals. I offer counselling services via telephone or zoom meeting. 

Talking and expressing one's feelings openly can be difficult and overwhelming at the same time. As challenging as it sounds, talking to a counsellor will help you in taking the steps towards making the change within you. I will strive to provide a safe space to explore your thoughts in depth allowing you to understand your inner self within a non-judgemental and confidential environment. Empathy and Congruence play a significant role within the counselling relationship. I can offer help in coping with Anxiety, Anger management, stress, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, Sexual and domestic abuse.

I currently volunteer with a charity called ROSA - Rape or Sexual Abuse, whereby I support  clients who have been raped or sexually abused. I have previous experience in working with women who are victims of Domestic Abuse. 

As a qualified counsellor, I practice integrative counselling using interventions to suit your needs. We can jointly identify what you want to gain from counselling and how that might help your wellbeing. I will support you to explore your feelings, thoughts and also determine why you are feeling in a certain manner.

It is important for the client and counsellor to build a good relationship to see the effective of counselling.
