Online Psychosexual Couples Therapy

I am a Couples and Individuals Psychosexual Therapist, with specialist qualifications obtain from the internationally renowned Tavistock Relationships organisation. My counselling experience spans more than 30 years.

 

In my work I strive to help couples through some of the most difficult challenges in their relationships. 

 

I work with all kinds of difficulties in intimacy, and with a variety of relationship configurations, whether it’s traditional monogamy, polyamory, or open partnerships.

  

I do not judge or believe I have all the answers, but I am willing to learn about you and how you want to shape your future. 

 

Towards that end I have gathered many tools that are useful in aiding your development and will help you achieve a more together state of mind.

 

I believe that each person or couple that I work with is unique, and therefore there are no ready-made answers, therapy is a collaboration wherein we discover the way together.

Online therapy

Is ideal for people who have small children or struggle with child care, where they can meet with the counsellor once the children are asleep. It can also work well for couples who are in a long-distance relationship, perhaps living in separate cities or even in different time zones; these meetings would be a three-way conference-type call.

 

It could be ideal for those who do not live close to the right kind of counsellor, it is a very simple solution to go online and have therapy with a live video link to a specialist couples counsellor. She can support and assist the couple overcome their specific difficulties.

 

Additionally, it can also be very beneficial for people who are not able to leave home for any reason and is as effective as working in person with a counsellor.

 

Online therapy does require a good quality internet connection and a private space where you will not be overheard or interrupted.

 

For online counselling I use Zoom.us, it provides a good level of privacy and security, and it is simple and easy to install, I am aslo available via WhatsApp, Face Time Google meet and phone.
