Couples Therapy Herne Hill - Brixton - London

I work with couples seeking to resolve their conflicts, trust issues or intimacy challenges and improve their relationships. I also offer support for pairs, such as friends, siblings, parents and adult child.

When feeling stuck in difficult patterns of relating and not feeling appreciated, communication can break down and it can be difficult to see how to reconnect. Therapy can help when we find it difficult to see change and we can only see two options, it's either everything stays the same or break up.

I offer support to couples or pairs seeking to resolve such issues by improving communication and loving connections to each other through identifying negative patterns within the relationship and individually, and exploring the roots of problems underlining their difficulties and healing from past traumas.

I work with warmth and compassion to create a safe and stable environment in which you can work through your difficulties. My integrated model is centred around understanding relational and historical aspects of our lives and focuses on addressing present issues. My practice builds on attachment theory, neuroscience and body psychotherapy.

From the beginning we focus on establishing trust and a strong sense of safety that enables the explorations of your problems through a deeper understanding of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. My approach is based on increasing self-awareness and developing skills to communicate more effectively, managing conflicts and heal from old wounds.

I work online and see my clients in person on the border of Herne Hill and Brixton in a friendly, comfortable and confidential setting of my home office. 

Sessions last for 75 minutes at an agreed time weekly and my fee for couples and pairs is £120.
