I believe secure relationships are essential to the growth of a healthy society. I also believe our experiences in our early years heavily influence how we see and navigate life which in turn affects the relationships with ourselves and others. 

I work with the effects or manifestations of childhood trauma and how this may be impacting your relationships and social experiences. 

As a woman raised in a single parent household it is especially important to me to create and provide spaces where couples can come together to feel heard, gain understanding and develop skills that can help to maintain their family, grow their relationship with themselves & their partner.
