Couples Therapy Bolton
Using a combination of Transactional Analysis and the Imago theoretical model that seeks to mirror, validate and empathise, my aim is to help you learn how to remove negative language from your exchanges with each other and improve communication so that any changes that you make within your relationship are effective and sustainable.
By integrating this both these models, I will help you learn to identify the different positions ego states each of you operate from as well as the psychological games at play so that you can work together to change these behaviour patterns as and when they emerge.
The therapeutic space is the best place to explore this type material as it is a place free from judgement where your relational needs and any presenting issues can be heard and any struggles worked through.

- Level 5 COSRT-Accredited Diploma in Couples and Relationship Counselling.
- BTEC Level 5 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Integrative)
- Certificate in Trauma-Focused Therapy
- Certificate in Applied Transactional Analysis in Clinical Practice
