Hi, I'm Lavinia.

If you and your partner keep having the same argument, feel disconnected, or find yourselves walking on eggshells - you're not alone, and things can change.

I specialise in couples therapy, and also work with individuals. My approach is warm, honest and practical: we'll make sense of what's going on between you, and build small, realistic steps that help your relationship feel easier, closer and more like you again.

I use proven tools and techniques - without the jargon. Sessions feel like real conversations with direction: we set goals together, track what's working, and adapt as we go.

I work with couples and individuals navigating: recurring arguments & communication breakdowns · trust & repair after conflict · intimacy & emotional disconnection · anxiety creeping into the relationship · family & in-law boundaries · life transitions & burnout · reconnecting after a rough patch.

Practicalities: 50-minute sessions • Online or in person in my Sandbach office • Individual & Couples.
