Hi, I’m Lavinia, 

If you’re feeling anxious, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or like the same argument keeps looping, you’re not alone. My approach is kind, collaborative and practical: we’ll understand what’s driving the difficulty and create small, doable steps that make everyday life feel lighter.

I draw on evidence-based tools (CBT/ACT, attachment informed work, emotion-focused & systemic ideas for couples) without the jargon. Sessions feel like real conversations with structure: we set goals together, track what’s helping, and adapt as we go.

I can help with: anxiety & overwhelm, low mood, self-criticism, life transitions, stress/burnout, family & in-law boundaries, communication, trust ruptures, intimacy, and repair after conflict.

Practicalities: 50-minute sessions • Online or in person in my Sandbach office • Individual & Couples.

Next step: I offer a brief 10–15 minute introductory call (not a therapy session) where you can ask questions and we can see if we’re a good fit.
