I have over 10 years experience of working with Adults and Couples in a variety of settings; GP surgeries, counselling agencies and Private Practice. I work flexibly to be able to offer appointments to fit around your work and family commitments. 

I offer a Person Centred Approach to counselling, listening to your needs and working with you to explore what is best for you.  When starting to work together an initial assessment is completed to enable me to understand your personal history and the issues you want to work on in therapy.

Most, if not all sessions will be as a couple. Sometimes each person has a separate issue to work on and we may agree to work on this in a separate session.

It is advisable to attend sessions weekly or fortnighty to be able to get the most from your therapy.  The number of session varies from couple to couple depending on individual requirements.

I invite you to a comfortable, confidential space to explore the difficulties and challenges you are currently experiencing to enable you to improve your relationship. 

I offer a private purpose built room in Galley Common CV10, which is easily accessible from Birmingham, Tamworth, Coventry, Nuneaton and Hinckley. There is a free car parking space available for you.
