I provide a secure and confidential environment where you as a couple can openly discuss your concerns and work together to address your relationship challenges.

Romantic relationships offer numerous rewards but can also present difficulties. Through couples therapy we focus on equipping you with skills to navigate conflicts and overcome tough times together.

I facilitate open and authentic discussions without imposing decisions on staying together or separating. Instead, I can help to clarify issues and provide support to make your own choices.

My approach combines elements from psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT traditions, fostering empathy, understanding, and authenticity. While I may challenge your perspectives at times, my primary goal is collaboration.

I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and hold accreditation with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), in addition to being a registered member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
