I am a highly experienced counsellor working in central Exeter and from my home in Colyton, as well as offering sessions online (via Zoom) and by telephone. . I work with couples and individuals, helping to explore and challenge their thinking and move towards peace and happiness.   

I am warm, down-to-earth and full of empathy. My focus is on building a strong relationship between us so that you feel able to work on your thoughts and feelings, unravel them and move towards resolution.  I believe that everyone deserves to be happy and therapy offers a way to achieve this.

I work in either a short-term, solution focussed way and also offer longer term therapy, depending on what feels right for the client and the reasons they have come to therapy.
