Welcome, if you are here then you may be considering couples counselling, entering into it can be daunting so taking steps towards therapy is brave and courageous and it does require clients to be dedicated, engaged and committed in the therapeutic process and by doing so, it can make positive changes to get the relationship that is wanted.

As an experienced Realtional Couples Counsellor, I offer a dynamic approach to counselling to explore and understand the patterns that have caused disconnect to then helping clients find healthy and productive ways of communicating and building initmacy.

To begin with I would offer an initial brief telephone call to discuss the issues and answer any questions and following that, an assessment session would be arranged where you would both attend to explore the issues and expectaitons of counselling and to also discuss the boundaries of counselling.

I would then meet with each of you for an individual 1-1 more in depth session.

I mainly offer face to face sessions but can also work online and combine both if that works for you and sessions can be 60mins long and weekly or 90mins and bi-weekly.

I am experienced in working with various issues that bring relational conflict and communication difficulties, I have particular interests in working with Addiction and with neuro diverse clients.
I can offer short solution focus counselling or long term counselling depending on what is required however, most clients work takes around 3-4 months.

Sessions are generally 60 - 90 mins long, again depending on the needs of individual clients.
