Couples Counselling Camborne - Pool - Redruth
I am an experienced Relationship Counsellor working online with couples, families or individuals that are struggling with their relationships. I offer a non-judgemental space with warmth and compassion to all of those that engage in the counselling process.
I offer short solution focus counselling or long term counselling depending on what is required.
Sessions are generally 50 minutes long, again depending on the needs of individual clients.
Relationships are made up of couples, family members, friends etc. I like to think of relationships being like the sea - sometimes being calm and easy to navigate and at other times they being stormy and rough, causing difficulties for those involved.
Relationship counselling can help to understand what is happening by exploring the difficulties and impact on the relationship within a safe and confidential space, however, it requires those involved to be dedicated, engaged and committed to working towards the change that they want within the relationship.

Online therapy
Online therapy involves working through an online secure platform. Clients do not require an account and it is easy to use as long as the device being used has a webcam, microphone and speaker.Invites to appointments will be sent by myself to clients, and all clients are required to do is click on the link at the appointment time and access the session.
The advantage of using an online platform is that clients are not needed to be in the same room, therefore if they are in different locations then it works just as well as being together.
I have put together a document which helps both clients and myself get the best out of online sessions.
