A warm welcome to my page - if you find yourself here, then maybe your relationship is struggling.

Maybe it is stuck in a cycle of conflict and disconnect, making it hard to communicate and find a way forward.  

You might be considering professional help with your relationship to find out what the next steps could be, and you are in the right place to find that help whatever situation you face in your relationship, even if the problems seem trivial.

Entering into couples counselling can be daunting so taking steps towards therapy is brave and courageous and it does require you both to be dedicated, engaged and committed in the therapeutic process and by doing so, it can lead to positive changes in getting the relationship you want.

To begin with, I would offer an initial telephone call to briefly talk things through and answer any questions you may have.

Following that, an assessment session would be arranged for you both to attend where we would discuss the issues and what your expectations of the counselling would be and then I would meet with each of you for an individual session. 

I mainly offer face to face sessions but can also work online and combine both if that works for you and sessions can be 60mins long and weekly or 90mins and bi-weekly.
