Couples Counselling Bournemouth
Looking for a qualified couples therapist in the Bournemouth or Poole area? I’m here to help.
As a humanistic integrative counsellor, I support couples and individuals through life’s challenges, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and patterns.
I’m trained in Person-Centered Therapy, founded by Carl Rogers in the 1940s. His core belief still inspires my work today: when people feel truly heard and supported, they naturally grow toward their most authentic, fulfilled selves. My role is to create the space where that growth can happen.
Couples therapy can help with relationship breakdown, communication issues, anxiety, depression, affairs, indiscretions and more. I draw on a range of approaches tailored to your unique needs.
I’m committed to empathetic, active listening—helping you gain clarity, understand each other more deeply, and develop healthier ways forward. Choosing a qualified counsellor is a powerful investment in your emotional well-being.
It takes courage to reach out. When you’re ready, contact me via the “send a message” button for a no-obligation appointment and take the first step toward a stronger, healthier relationship.
