Hi, my name is Emma. I am an experienced couples and individual therapist with years of knowledge. Working with practical solution focused therapy and personal growth.

Do you feel overwhelmed by your problems and struggle to find ways in which to find respite from them?

We all have our own unique way of coping, however sometimes the strategies that we implement are not as effective as we would like and can only offer short term help and release.

Good therapy is a collaboration between the therapist and client and provides a safe and confidential space where you can discuss and understand your experiences and the impact that it may be having on you. I offer both practical strategies and a space where we can gently begin to explore how to work with your physical and emotional responses.

It's not about being told what to do by the therapist, it's about working together to see the bigger picture of your life in order to put it back together in a way that is right for you.
