Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I'm Louise and I am an experienced couples therapist who has worked with couples in an NHS commissioned service and privately.

I work with couples to explore difficulties in their relationship or navigate challenges, stresses, or changes together. Discussing such challenges in a safe and supportive space can help each partner to find a deeper level of empathy and understanding.

Couple therapy can help partners to identify underlying feelings, uncover relationship strengths, heal past wounds, and learn new tools and techniques to resolve differences and feel more connected.
