As an integrative counsellor, I support couples to communicate more openly, gently, and in healthier ways, so you can begin to understand each other more deeply. If you’re feeling stuck in repeated arguments, experiencing distance, or struggling to connect, you’re not alone—and things can change.I offer a confidential, non-judgemental space where you can both feel heard. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface, untangle unhelpful patterns, and make sense of what’s really going on between you.
I work with couples facing a range of challenges, including communication difficulties, recurring conflict, affairs, trust issues, sexual concerns, and the impact of life changes. My aim is to help you reconnect, rebuild understanding, and strengthen your relationship.
